Hollus Gessler, a seasoned pet boutique and grooming salon owner, with over 30 years of experience in animal care and business management. Starting her career in a New York City advertising agency, she transitioned into the animal industry, gaining valuable experience as a hospital administrator and veterinary technician. Combining her backgrounds, she opened her first pet retail location in Chicago in 2005, expanding to include grooming services in 2011. Hollus is now the lead groomer at her salon and actively contributes to her community as a board member for the local chamber of commerce and the Illinois Professional Pet Groomers Association (IPPGA).
