Now, as the co-founder of Salty Dogs DIY Dog Wash, Karen brings her expertise and passion for pet grooming to provide a convenient and affordable solution for pet owners. Kier Pfuehler, a fine art and sales professional turned pet care entrepreneur. Inspired by her love for animals and a desire to create a respectful and supportive workplace, Kier opened a DIY dog wash in Ormond Beach, FL. Reminiscing about her childhood in Wisconsin, she saw an opportunity to bring a familiar concept to a beachside location. Alongside self-service options, Kier offers professional grooming services, prioritizing the well-being and growth of her team. Helping her team members develop as pet stylists brings her immense joy, fulfilling her passion for nurturing talent and energy.
