Nicole Timm, hailing from Washington Township, NJ, found her passion for grooming in 1994. With no regrets, she built a career that allowed her to raise her two children while working alongside her daughter, who joined her at 14. Seeking a positive work environment, she started her own business. Now, 21 years later, with seven employees, she's grateful for her thriving, drama-free workplace.
