Operating In Round Rock since 2002. It is a family run business by Mel and her two daughters. Jessica was taught by Mel and has been grooming for 10 years and her other daughter Jennifer helps with managing the business.

Mel started grooming when she was 15 after working in a pet store which offered grooming and was given a toy poodle, Charlie, by the owner. Although she knew and trusted the groomers, she wanted to be the one to groom her first baby. She has been very passionate about providing the best care possible for every pet she's had the opportunity to work with since.
