Carla Freestep began her journey in the animal industry in 1990, initially as a kennel technician at a veterinary hospital. While pursuing studies to become a registered veterinary technician (RVT), she realized the potential in grooming and transitioned to full-time grooming in 1992. Recognizing the financial prospects, Carla purchased her own grooming business in 1997, marking the start of her successful career in the field.
