About

We have four experienced groomers, with most having over 15 years of experience in grooming. The groomers and I meet every 6–8 weeks to go over what they need, what is working or not, and how best to serve our community. I value and depend on their input, as I am not a trained groomer. I can do nail trims, sani, and feet, but I won't do anything more. We all agreed that it is important to do one-on-one grooming, even though it may not be as prosperous as assembly-line grooming. This is for the dogs comfort and lowers their anxiety. It helps the groomers bond best with their dogs, giving them breaks if needed as well. Plus, this eases up on the groomers physically, as well as their stress levels and not feeling so much pressure.

About the Owners

Elizabeth Entenman's journey into the grooming industry began with her first business venture, Shampooch Dog Wash, a self-wash and retail shop. With a passion for animals and a background in volunteering for animal rescues and conservation efforts, Elizabeth recognized a need for grooming services in her community. In response to demand, she founded Diamond Dogs Grooming in Clackamas, Oregon, in the summer of 2023, to provide dedicated grooming services and ensure the happiness and health of pets and their owners.
