Mindy Harder has been involved in the grooming business since 2019. Initially starting as a bather at Petsmart, her career took an unexpected turn when COVID-19 forced salon closures. Uncertain about the reopening timeline, Mindy decided to establish her own grooming business within her home. However, due to her limited experience as a bather, she refrained from accepting dogs in need of trims or haircuts initially. In 2021, she took the initiative to enroll in grooming school, which led to the expansion of her business from her home to a commercial space. Operating solo without any employees or additional groomers, Mindy now offers full-service grooming in a 1:1 setting with the dogs
