Established in 2010, Canine Cloud Nine began as a bakery specializing in organic dog treats but evolved into a grooming salon following an opportunity identified by a groomer. In 2015, it was acquired by Amber Hosford and Heather Bauer, leading to renovations and a focus on a free-range environment. As the business expanded, they recently moved to a custom-built salon, now offering PlayCare services alongside grooming. With a team increase from 9 to 15 staff members, including groomers and support staff, they also operate a boutique featuring unique, mostly American-made pet products. Additionally, they are pursuing accreditation as a trade school to train future groomers and bathers.
