Meet Brooks Martin, the owner of Barks & Bubbles Grooming Salon in Effingham, SC. Brooks' passion for animals began in childhood with rescuing animals and, by age 20, serving on the Board of Directors for the Williamsburg Animal Shelter. With years of experience in domestic rescues and wildlife rehabbing, Brooks found his calling in grooming back in 2008 while working as a kennel tech. Now, he proudly owns his own grooming business, where his love for animals ensures every pet feels safe and comfortable.
